We all need to keep healthy and well whilst school is closed, so remember:

Eat healthily

 

Have some ‘family fun time’ every day

 

Have a good night's sleep

 

Exercise every day - look at our PE Home Learning Zone ( Coach Amber does some sessions.)

 

Remember - talk to someone if you're feeling worried

 

Mindfulness can help us to feel calm
